The number of new listing is begining to rise but still not enough to give us a balanced market

 

Active listings continues to lag well behind the seasonal numbers creating a sellers market for the near term.

 

Meanwhile average prices for homes sold in Uxbridge continues to climb  with the average price YTD up 4.88% over last year. The number of new listings YTD is up slightly at 1.93% over last year and sales YTD, while down slightly, are still in line with other years.
