Uxbridge Real Estate Market Update Month End October 2015

Developing Trends

 

As we get closer to the end of the year the number of new listings is begining to drop as they usually do.

 

YTD the number of new listings is up slightly (0.59%) over last year with sales YTD, also up slightly, but still in line with the past several years.

 

The number of active listings continues to lag well behind the seasonal numbers with a 31.67% drop from last year creating a sellers market for the near term.

 

Meanwhile average prices for homes sold in Uxbridge continues to climb  with the average price YTD up 5.97% over last year.
