Uxbridge Real Estate Market Update Month End November 2015

The number of active listings continues to lag well behind the seasonal numbers with a 43.56% drop from November last year while sales year to date and for the month are both up slightly.  

 

YTD the number of new listings Dropped significantly last month  by 16.13%  from last year with sales YTD, are still up slightly, but still in line with the past several years.

 

Meanwhile average prices for homes sold in Uxbridge continues to climb with the average price YTD up 5.54% over last year.
