Uxbridge Real Estate Market Update Month End January 2016

If January is any indication we are headed for a record year both for the number of home sold and the average sale price.

Looking at December 2015 to January 2016 sales almost doubled increasing by 90% while sales from December 2014 to January 2015 dropped by 1/3.  

The number of active listings continues to lag well behind the seasonal numbers with a 26.98% drop from January last year while  sales for the month are up 35.71%.

Meanwhile average prices for homes sold in Uxbridge continues to climb with the average price YTD up 26.03% over last year.
