2012-10 Month End Uxbridge Real Estate - Buyers Activity Report

Listings Viewed

 

With only two months left the number of listings viewed is already in excess of the total number viewed in 2011 despite the fact that we drive traffic to this site that features more listings.

 

Statistics from one of my listing web sites indicate the number of all listings viewed is up almost 35% for the year to date and up over 100% for the month of October 2011.

 

Long Term Trends

 

In looking at the year to date chart below we see the number of listing details viewed is growing at a faster pace than last year.

Short term Trends

 

This past Month has seen the number of listing details viewed more than double that of last year (chart below) pushing the spread between the number for the year to date even higher than last year (chart above)

In looking at the charts below you will notice the average value of homes viewed is slightly higher than last month and considerably higher over the same month last year. This is not necessarily an indicator that values are Rising ..... it is simply a reflection of the values of properties that are currently being viewed. Notice also the higher volatility in last years chart compared to this years

 

Price Range

 

The Two graphs below represent the average and median price range of homes that potential buyers are looking at on one of my web sites.
